Ante Budimir is set to make history with Osasuna as the club’s all-time top goalscorer. Osasuna striker Ante Budimir is close to breaking new club records in the near future. After scoring twice in the 2-1 win over Real Sociedad, Marca sport reported on Monday.

Croatian striker Budimir, who joined Osasuna from Mallorca in the summer of 2020. Has scored 13 goals and provided one assist in 24 games this season. Putting him on 10 La Liga goals list, behind only Robert Lewandowski (18), Kylian Mbappe (15) and Rafinha (12). ทางเข้า UFABET 

The 33-year-old forward is also closing in on breaking Osasuna’s all-time scoring record of 57. Which was held by Sabino Andoneghe between the 1950s and 1960s, after Budimir netted 54 in 143 games. 

‘It’s true that the record is the best of my career. I think since I came to Spain and Osasuna the most important thing is to be healthy and play on the pitch, but also to be consistent, to play and to have chances to score. In Osasuna I think it’s a good combination of the style of the team and my qualities. ‘

Osasuna are set to face Real Sociedad in back-to-back games in both the La Liga and Copa del Rey quarter-finals, with Rojillo winning 2-1 in the first leg before the rematch on Thursday.
