Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann has revealed. He will make some changes for Sunday’s UEFA Nations League third-place playoff against France.
“There will be some changes, I won’t reveal the details. We haven’t decided everything 100 per cent. The system we used against Portugal is similar to the one we used against Italy. It’s about the opponent, when you want to defend one-on-one you have to change the formation. We will try to win the ball higher tomorrow than we did on Wednesday. So we will adapt the system to the opponent.”สมัคร UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีสำหรับสมาชิกใหม่
“We have analysed the game against Portugal well. It is true that the third place game is not that important. But tomorrow it is not about finishing third or fourth in the Nations League. It is about playing well and preparing for the World Cup qualifiers. We want the fans to play their best in the last game of the season.”

“There are many aspects to this game: third place, preparation for the World Cup, qualification, world ranking, players preparing for the Club World Cup. Finally, it’s the German national team. If you need inspiration for this game, maybe we have to change the team. Playing for the national team should always be special.”
Nagelsmann wants to see better effort from his own defence against France
“For us, it’s more about limiting the space for the opponent. When we played against Portugal, it wasn’t because we were slow in the duel. But because we didn’t close the space well and weren’t sure that the rhythm would play a role.”
“To be honest, the depth of the French national team is very impressive. I think they have about 10 centre-backs of the same level. Yes, they have problems in some positions, but overall the quality is very poor. It is difficult to beat them when they are in good form.”
“But we beat them in March and we will try to do it again tomorrow.” Nagelsmann said.
